2. Payment

All payments must be made in GBP.Payment must be made in full within two weeks of written confirmation that you wish to proceed with your quote. If you need additional time, please contact me to discuss a suitable arrangement.

3. Queue & Estimated Time

Due to my part-time work and an unpredictable schedule, I do not work to fixed deadlines.Each quote will include a rough estimate of when I expect to begin your project. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may change at any time.If your commission has not begun within the estimated timeframe, you may contact me for an updated estimate. I will be happy to answer any questions regarding your project.

4. Queue System

Once payment has been received and processed, your commission will be placed in my public trello work queue. your project will start in the paid (inactive) section, and will move up the queue as earlier projects are completed.Once your project reaches moves up the queue enough it will join the active stages to be worked on alongside other active projects.Active Projects are initially completed in queue order. However, the order may change based on client response times, project complexity, size, and other project-specific factors.

5. Commission Process

I will create rough gestural sketches as required and discuss them with you to ensure the composition and overall direction are correct.Major changes should be requested during this stage.

Lighting & Colouring

I will provide rough lighting and colour passes, including character markings and details.I will check these with you so any errors can be noted for correction. Once this phase is complete, major changes will no longer be possible.

Rendering

Only minor corrections will be made during rendering. Major alterations cannot be accommodated, although small oversights may be corrected where necessary.

Final & Posting

The completed commission will be provided to you in both high and low resolution formats.Completed artwork will be uploaded to my social media accounts unless privacy has been explicitly agreed upon beforehand. You may request to remain anonymous and untagged.No changes can be made after the commission is completed.

6. Copyright & Usage

My signature may not be removed from any artwork I create.Artwork may not be modified or edited by anyone without my permission.

Artist Rights

I retain copyright ownership of all commissioned artwork unless commercial use is requested and agreed upon. Additional fees apply for commercial use.I may use completed commissioned artwork to promote my services and products, which includes sales of prints, merchandise and clothing.

Commissioner Rights

You may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes, including posting it on social media and forums.You may create personal prints and claim ownership of your character(s), but not of the artwork itself.You retain ownership of your original character(s) and may use the artwork in non profit and personal activities, but this does not transfer copyright ownership of my artwork.You may use the artwork to promote yourself.You may use the artwork in monetized online videos under fair use, provided the artwork itself is not the primary subject generating the earnings.The artwork may not otherwise be used for profit.

Commercial Use

For commercial-use commissions, the commissioner must credit the artist when selling merchandise or products containing the artwork.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

If a refund is requested after the sketch has been completed, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.No refunds will be issued after the Lighting & Colouring phase has been completed.I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue the appropriate refund.The commissioner may cancel a commission at any point, but the refund will be subject to the conditions above.
